Larsen & Toubro: Infrastructure

Build Source was directly engaged by Larsen & Toubro (India) for the development of a BIM for a railway line in Central India. The unique scope for creating a perfectly aligned rail required inputs in both Revit and Civil 3D, which were then merged together for the final output. Components included sleeper berths, overhead masts, signals, drains, trenches, etc., as well as significant structural elements for bridges, culverts and reinforcements. The Build Source project team worked alongside the client design team to generate sections at every 20 meters in order to extract accurate levels, quantities of earth-fill and ballast volumes.
